但对以下客户的交易不进行退款服务:

2.成功通过卡网世界提供的支付方式付款的用户,且通过卡网世界验证并发货,卡网世界对此不提供退款、退货服务.

 

3.成功通过卡网世界提供的支付方式付款的用户,且通过卡网世界验证并发货,但客户声称产品质量问题,但经过调查不属实,卡网世界对此不提供退款、退货服务.

 

卡网世界对以上所述拥有最终解释权.
